All services provided by Noobware are digital in nature and are considered delivered once work has begun or access to the service has been provided. By proceeding with payment, you expressly agree that the service may begin immediately and you waive any right to cancellations, refunds, or reversals once the service has started or been delivered.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, delays, or dissatisfaction after delivery.

You acknowledge and accept that any service involving third-party platforms or games may carry inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, account warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans. Noobware is not responsible for any actions taken by game developers, publishers, or platform providers. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks in full.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand, service complexity, or external factors. Delays do not entitle the customer to refunds or chargebacks.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and following all instructions provided. Failure to do so may result in delays or termination of service without refund.

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals after any portion of the service has been delivered or initiated. You acknowledge that doing so after receiving service constitutes a violation of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute or chargeback, Noobify reserves the right to present all relevant evidence to the payment processor, including but not limited to chat logs, order confirmations, service records, and proof of delivery.
